Since the command is being initially processed by your shell, just try escaping ‘\” the characters which might be pre-processed by the shell e.g. ‘(‘ or ‘)’

Maybe it is not recommended, you have other option
Does setting up ssh with passphrase for passwordless login not work for you? I think that is the recommended way to do this since your passphrase is not available in cleartext.
