Firewlld appears to be a new stumbling block and I don't know how to fix it. I looked at the Firewalld GUI and there is nothing intuitive about it. If I stop Firewlld, showmount displays the exports.
[bobg@box83 ~]$ showmount -e 192.168.2.128 clnt_create: RPC: Unable to receive
"systemctl stop firewalld" on the server:
[bobg@box83 ~]$ showmount -e 192.168.2.128 Export list for 192.168.2.128: /home 192.168.2.0/24
Any help appreciated.

The following two commands, in order, add the rule to your running config, and to your permanent firewall config:
firewall-cmd --add-service=nfs firewall-cmd --add-service=nfs --permanent
