The image is from the GUI in 2007 and it has changed since then. As a matter of fact, it even changes between F20 and the soon to be released F21.

Yes, it looks differently, but still has the same benchmark functionality, with a nice graph.
You select the drive, and then in top (header bar) there is a menu button, and you can select "Benchmark" option for that drive, or under partitions which are shown on right side there is a "gear" icon, which opens a menu, with same "Benchmark" option.
