I guess that I got it: dnf remove kernel-PAE-modules-extra-3.19.8-100.fc20.i686 dnf remove directfb dnf remove pdftk
and now it is installing the updated packages

It is not wise to break your installation further. If that package cannot be update automatically, removing it won't fix anything, since removing it doesn't fix the dependency problems. You could try:
dnf update --best
and if that also fails, examine your installation for retired/broken packages:
