where is the net-snmp-utils in fedora 7

Dear all,

Now I managed to install snmp package in fc7, but unfortunately I
didn't find net-snmp-utils,
because I need snmpwalk to test snmp function.

So anyone have a idea, how to find net-snmp-utils, ofcs, I found it in
development repository.
That need us to update all the dependence, but I don't want to do.

Where is the net-snmp-utils in fedora 7 without upgrade?
