I would assume it is the same place that dnf and system-software get there repositories from being .repo files in /etc/yum.repos.d, and then in each .repo file in that folder is a flag indicating whether the repo is enabled or not.Where does Gnome-Software remember which repos are included/fetches update from ? a friend has troube with gnome software. only 2 flatpak repo's are active no fedora repo is shown reinstalling G-S didn't help Idea's ?
