Brian, sorry I couldn't aswer before. This is what I got:
[root@myhost ~]# rpm -q tuxtype2
tuxtype2-1.5.3-2.fc6
[root@myhost ~]# rpm -qa | grep SDL
SDL_ttf-2.0.8-2.fc6
SDL-1.2.10-6.2
SDL-devel-1.2.10-6.2
SDL_net-1.2.6-2.fc6
SDL_gfx-2.0.13-7.fc6
perl-SDL-2.1.3-3.fc6
SDL_Pango-0.1.2-4.fc6
SDL_mixer-devel-1.2.7-2.fc6
SDL_mixer-1.2.7-2.fc6
SDL_image-1.2.5-2.fc6
I forgot to tell you that I just found out that ppracer does play but doesn't show the text and also that my desktop effects can't be enabled on this computer as I can on my laptop. It gives me this message:
agpgart: Found an AGP 3.5 compliant device at 0000:00:00.0.
agpgart: Device is in legacy mode, falling back to 2.x
agpgart: Putting AGP V2 device at 0000:00:00.0 into 0x mode
agpgart: Putting AGP V2 device at 0000:01:00.0 into 0x mode

Do you think that are they related? I remember that I got this cheap video card that was working fine since FC4. I might need to replace it. I forgot how I fixed ppracer text problem on FC5. Well I'll keep on trying. I'll let you know anything. Thanks
