Look in the following directories for files.... (some directories may not exist)
/lib/modules-load.d /usr/lib/modules-load.d /usr/local/lib/modules-load.d /etc/modules-load.d /run/modules-load.d
Cat the files which exist looking for "fuse" and post the file and contents.
