Since I installed Fedora 23 Workstation (clean not an upgrade) every time I log in or restart gnome-shell I get a "Web Authentication Redirect" web page pop up and I am connected to a Gnome Project web page.

I'm not leaving a web browser running when I log out so it's not a web session trying to resume.

How can I stop this behaviour?
