How can I install and use dbus-broker on Fedora 34?

If you are logged in and using GNOME, you’re using dbus-broker.  It is in the dnf package “dbus-broker”.  It is a drop-in replacement for dbus-daemon, which has its API described here: https://dbus.freedesktop.org/doc/dbus-specification.html. There are a variety of programming language libraries that make it easier to use dbus, and there is a command line tool you can use to interact with dbus.  https://dbus.freedesktop.org/doc/dbus-send.1.html
