Upon booting this morning I found that I had been updated to

refuses to downgrade below version 57.
Am I really stuck with this or is there a way around it?
You can go here,
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=37
download the version you want,
and install it with
dnf -C downgrade [downloaded package name]
from within the directory where the downloaded package is.
But you will be fighting a losing battle, unless you turn off
automatic add-ons update. Add-ons that are converting to the new api
will update if you don't, and then they won't work with the old api,
even on the older firefox version. And there will be no way to
downgrade them because there is only a single version in the Mozilla
repository, the latest.
