Problem during upgrade to F41

Hello,

my "dnf system-upgrade download --refresh --releasever=41" gives

Error: 
 Problem: package network-scripts-openvswitch-3.2.2-1.fc39.x86_64 from @System requires network-scripts, but none of the providers can be installed
  - network-scripts-10.23-1.fc40.x86_64 from @System  does not belong to a distupgrade repository
  - problem with installed package network-scripts-openvswitch-3.2.2-1.fc39.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken" to skip uninstallable packages)

Adding "--skip-broken" has no effect.

Can I just remove the package network-scripts-openvswitch or will this 
kill my network connectivity?
