Of course. Surely they all do these days? (I don't count the web clients like Gmail, which are essentially broken as regards mailing lists).
Is it? I use it (the basic, non-JS version), and it's working just fine.
Anyway, if the OP used a thread-aware client, he wouldn't have been overwhelmed by 300 messages a day.
