I have found was of using dd to build a bootable USB stick from an iso image.
Does F35 have an graphical tool to do this (preferably will work under Xfce).
I don’t know what Fedora workstation has onboard. I gave up on Fedora on my desktop years ago since Gnome 3.
I use balena Etcher (https://www.balena.io/etcher/) on nearly all OSes. It works superb and has a Linux version as well.
