configure networkManager to accommodate static DNS server

Hi,

I use networkManager to handle network things. However, after started, it
automatically generate a /etc/resolv.conf file
the only dns is 192.168.1.1

I want to code the ISP DNS servers to /etc/resolv.conf permanently. How to
do this?
