Hi Honza,

I think the problem has been solved:

Using "dnf list installed --showduplicates" generated another output 
without the issues I mentioned.

I did not know that the "installed" option was not the default, it seems 
that "available" was the default, so that output (please try
dnf list available --showduplicates).
