However, if you get some of your packages from repos other than the standard Fedora repos I think it is good practice to add "excludes" for these packages in the Fedora repo files to avoid conflicts.

There was a USB qemu bug that was fixed from the KVM repo. I am sure it is fixed now and I can go back to the standard repo.
