That's what I'd have expected. I'm using a new Gateway laptop and when I checked the Gateway website, there are no support forums or contact forms, just a chat module that took so long to get a human on the line that I gave up. I seriously doubt that anybody who'd answered would have the faintest idea what I was talking about, let alone what to do about it.
