I really like the idea of hitting the SuperKey twice to get to this view of
the desktop

Just curious why anyone would use Gnome Tweaks in Gnome 40 ?

I like Gnome40 better than Mate for several reasons.     I like the idea of
using
the latest wayland / xwayland / mutter instead of X, however, I hope to
learn other
wayland compositors.

I am using a Kensington trackball that does not have a scroll function.
However,
I guess there are ways to program the 4 buttons to do shortcuts.
