Can you look at xfwm4-tweaks-settings -> Compositing
and see if enabling that "fixes" the issue?
Or if it's enabled, you could try disabling it. It seems like a
compositor related bug to me.
So far so good with turning this off.
I will monitor it for a while and submit a bug in a couple days. Got two
work crews coming tomorrow for some needed house repair...
