There is the advanced setting in preferences where you can tell firefox
to use your fonts and sizes for all web pages, and set a minimum font
size.
There is a plugin called nosquint. I'm not sure if it still works with
the latest firefox, because of the requirement to use frames for
plugins, but it used to do a wonderful job of keeping things a
reasonable size.
