I'm not familiar with openjfx or openjf8 and I've not see this sort of error before.
As far as I’m aware of you usually use openjfx and Java 11. If you are stuck with Java 8 for some reason you have to use openjfx8. I just don’t know if openjfx8 works with Java 11 as well. Never tried.
You can install Java 8 and Java 11 in parallel and the same should apply to openjfx/openjfx8.
So it is likely to be a bug in the rpms. But you should be able to apply one of the suggested workarounds without doing harm.
