Dunno.  The willful blindness to its problems, and lack of concern about
it's shortcomings, and blaming everyone else but themselves, seemed
direct and to the point, not some ill thought out insult.

Seriously, when your software is the root cause of all manner of
problems, *IT* is the problem.
