Hi,

1.  Go to <evolution1.2_install_dir>/local/Contacts
2.  Copy the files "addressbook.db" and "addressbook.db.summary" to your new
    <evolution1.4_install_dir>/local/Contacts
3.  OR copy the entire Contacts dir to your new evolution/local dir
