I opened a KDE bug, which was subsequently closed:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=477040. I then opened the
Fedora-specific bug:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2249809.

Let's see what the maintainers have to say.
