I was searching the web for bc funs to calculate cube roots and other arbitrary roots. Almost all of the func I found assume that bc has the built-in funcs l and e which take a numeric arg.
Yet my bc has no such funcs.
Is the version above broken?
Try running "bc -l" and see if you have them then.
