No, he said that you're missing the leftmost field of that file: _what_ 
to export. He suggested /home or /home/bobg as reasonable things you may 
have wanted to exports.

All you have in your file is a netmask and options. Every noncomment 
line must start with a directory to be exported.

Please read "man 5 exports".
