I don't understand the purpose of that rule.  New mail will always go
into your inbox.  Are you moving things from one inbox to another
inbox?

The logic of this escapes me, too.  You want to move something away,
then move it back again?

For what it's worth, I don't see the value in doing filters upon
filters, just do things once.  It's quicker and simpler to debug.
