Works fine here. I've got an MSI motherboard with onboard wired and wireless options.
Please have a look to this comment, can you check if you have any file in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections/???, in my case I had the configuration file for wireless Internet dongle

Actually things worked ok, until I created a new VPN profile using nm-connection-editor. Tried importing a Cisco VPN profile file (pcf) and got some error. Logged out, logged in and all I got matched to the following page, that actually gives excellent workaround:
