Thanks. I have replaced 'yum.conf' by 'dnf.conf' in the /etc/mock/*.cfg
files that I use and the build is going ahead.
... but the --chain build failed, saying it was unable to download
metadata from the local_build_repo, with a local repomd.xml in /tmp
that konqueror has no trouble displaying. But it looks as if it's
trying to do that build with the bare fedora-30-x86_64 config, without
the rpmfusion addon.
