Why on the Earth GNOME Shell hiding Shutdown & Restart options

To fix this in F15, install the gnome-shell-extensions-alternative-status-menu
package. After you log out and back in, or reboot (not sure which), you'll have
the "Power Off..." option in the User Menu without using the Alt key.
