OK,
It is fixed. I need to authorize the file transfer on the Android. But, it does not work with dolphin It works with nautilus and in direct access.
One more question. Sometimes the (USB) devices disappear in the list of mounted devices. If I log out and log back in. it records the list. I guess that there is another way to regenerate the list of USB devices. Could you tell me? Thank.

Thank for all the suggestions, however, it does not work:

What desktop are you using?
gnome
OK, I just fired up my F30 Gnome VBox system.
When I go to "files" there is an entry for "SAMSUNG Android" on the left side. Clicking on it shows "Empty File" and a pop-up on the phone asks for permission to allow access. Once I allow access the directory is populated and everything works as expected
And there is the following....
[egreshko@f30g mtp:host=SAMSUNG_SAMSUNG_Android_ad051602403470b326]$ pwd /run/user/1000/gvfs/mtp:host=SAMSUNG_SAMSUNG_Android_ad051602403470b326
[egreshko@f30g mtp:host=SAMSUNG_SAMSUNG_Android_ad051602403470b326]$ ls Card Phone
And I can cd through the directory structure.
[egreshko@f30g Camera]$ ls 20190613_140038.jpg
[egreshko@f30g Camera]$ pwd /run/user/1000/gvfs/mtp:host=SAMSUNG_SAMSUNG_Android_ad051602403470b326/Card/DCIM/Camera
for example
