Since you don't have a default set, you should be able to print with....
lpr -P HP_LaserJet_P1005 file_to_print
$ grep /var/lib/hp /etc/selinux/targeted/contexts/files/file_contexts /var/lib/hp(/.*)?system_u:object_r:hplip_var_lib_t:s0
