I am on F30 and....
I'm at F29, and hoping to upgrade to 30 in mid-October. Am I stuck at Thunderbird 60.7 until then?
Have you put an "exclude" in the dnf config?
"dnf config"? Where is that? And are you saying I do want an "exclude" there, or I don't want an "exclude" there?
