To summarize.
I can boot if I comment the encrypted partitions in the /etc/fstab. The boot process is stopped when I uncomment these partitions. The boot process seems waiting for the paraphrase, except that it does not offer me the option to enter this paraphrase. The /etc/crypttab has been set

Hello,
I reinstalled my distribution. I made a custom installation but I was not unable to choose my encrypted partition for the boot.
I do not understand how you were unable (assuming that that is what you meant with your double negative above) to choose your encrypted partition, did it not show up at all? If so, is it possible that you did not include it in the previous step with the check box, assuming that it is a physically separate directory.
Any possibility we can get some screenshots (take it with a phone or something) from before you press Custom installation, and later when you get into it?
