You need to provide more information. I don't have any problem with it. However, you must not have updated for quite a while because F32 is EOL and there have been no updates for a while. You really should upgrade to a newer version.
PS. I downgraded thunderbird and the downgraded version is 68: french langpack, enigmail do not work with TB 68
A downgrade will get the version that was part of the initial F32 release. If you want a newer one, you can get it from Koji: https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=39
