My eyes! My eyes!

Dear all,

I just wanted to ask if someone has any advice to themes for Gnome2 (I
am running F14) that are reputed to be gentle on the eyes? I work very
much on the computer, and it does wear my eyes down after a while with
the standard color settings. Friend of mine is using green background
and stuff and says it helps, but I would rather find a full-blown theme
if possible.

Any tips?
