Import Microsoft address files (*.wab or *.csv) into FC3/Evolution?

Folks,

I seen no way to import address files (specifically Microsoft Exchange
*.wab or *.csv files) into Evolution (in an FC3 environment.)

Does anyone know whether or not this can be done, and how to do it (if
it can be done?)
