If they are available to directly download on her computer, you could
try:

dnf search web browser

To get a list of potentially suitable packages.

With various browsers, you get packages like opera-beta, opera-
developer, opera-stable.  Trying to install "opera" doesn't work.  You
may have struck that issue.
