Simple.  (I have Nero Express 6 here)

Start Nero Express 6

Click Disc Image or Saved Project

Browse over to the directory you save the ISO image

In the 'File Type' select 'Image File (*.nrg, *.iso, *.cue)

Double click the ISO file.  (new window will open)

Select your burner drive and click 'Next'.

ISO image will then be correctly burned to the disc.
