I have the same problem with FC2 kernel 2.6.9-1.6, acpi doesn't power off my machine. With 2.6.8 my pc has powered off perfectly. (k7s5a athlon xp 1.6) If you are going to do a bug report please include that the error is in FC2 too. Cheers
