Check under Beryl Settings >>visual effects>>wobbly windows and make sure shiver is unchecked.
It is unchecked, but still the windows shiver when pressing Ctrl, Alt or Shift! Is this shivering a feature or is it a bug? I can't find an option that says "shiver when either Ctl, Alt or Shift is pressed" (or similar)!?

Is it possible under Short cuts a keyboard key is enabled? Also under advanced there are several drop down menus that contain shiver possibly one of these could be causing the problem. One under map one under focus I would suspect the one under focus could be the one. Just a guess though. Peter

under "visual effects" -> "wobbly windows" -> "shortcuts" -> "Basic" -> "Shiver" -> the keyboard value was the string "none", instead of "Disabled". It's possible, that I entered this string accidentially.
The behaviour is strange, though!
