When I try to install with the Mediawriter the proces is aborted , when doing with the Netinstall .ISO on DVD Fedora 41 can be installed but there is no bootloader , but in the BIOS there are two bootfiles.
So I can go in the BIOS and change the boot options in boot Windows or boot Fedora. and both OSses run fine.

I'm not sure what help you're looking for since both are working.
If it's about the boot menu, then that's just how it is. Windows won't let you boot it from grub. You have to set the default OS in the BIOS and use the BIOS boot menu to boot the other one.
And depending on your motherboard, that boot menu could be having to hit a key and delve into it to change settings, or always pop up some boot choices for a few seconds before booting a particular one by default. Mine's the latter, although I don't dual boot.
Then, when it boots in Linux, you can set up GRUB similarly. Always booting the default option without a menu, or hitting a key to bring up the menu, or always showing a menu for a few seconds before booting into a default option, or just sitting there at a menu (I think this can be done). Mine's set to show a menu for a couple of seconds then boot the default. That gives me enough time to change something, if I want, without keyboard hammering.
