I understand that Fedora is Gnome-centric, but shouldn't there be a way to install Gnome later if you install with a different DE then change your mind? If nothing else, it might be convenient to have a Gnome Desktop group that's just an alias for Fedora Workstation, but I've no idea if that's practical or not.
