This system isn't booting in UEFI mode.
What do you get for # lsblk
Does it show your drive? If so,, # smartctl -x /dev/sdX ##where X is probably a from the above command.

This is the bug I filed before I realized my problem was hardware related. Under "Additional info" you'll see the lines that are missing from dmesg when the problem happens. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1182387
