ctrl-alt-backspace needs to be enabled as well. Gnome appears to have a setting to turn it on, but I've used the following snippet to enable it across desktop environments: # cat /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/99-zap.conf
Section "ServerFlags" Option "DontZap" "false" EndSection
Section "InputClass" Identifier "Keyboard Defaults" MatchIsKeyboard "yes" Option "XkbOptions" "terminate:ctrl_alt_bksp" EndSection
So both those sections have to be put into 99-zap.conf ?
Thanks
