Delete or rename ~/.kde/share/apps/basket and ~/.kde/share/config/basketrc, that should solve the problem.
I'm curious, how does basket interact with kontact?
Rex, Olaf's 'basket' fix didn't cure it for me. How can I help troubleshoot it?
