I do with Xfce/xscreensaver. It can be annoying, but I had written it
off to using synergy to share my desktop's mouse and keyboard with my
laptop off to the side. I assumed the screensaver was being triggered by
the lack of activity on the laptop. Perhaps that was wrong. I do know
that if either screen is blank, hitting a key on the laptop OR the
desktop wakes up both displays. Again, I wrote this off to synergy.

Uhm, perhaps something else is consuming the mouse moves/keyboard
activity before the screensaver sees it. Smells more like a dbus
issue to me, but I could be wrong.
