A couple of general comments.
Bluetooth audio will lag behind the video due to the nature of wireless protocols. There are a few different audio protocols for bluetooth and some have less lag than others. Sometimes you can tell the player to adjust the relative audio position to correct for that.
Instead of replacing the internal bluetooth card, you could get a USB bluetooth adapter. They are generally inexpensive and can work well. See the recent thread here about those.
