Is this your *outgoing* mail host?  mail.navigationbd.com with IP address of
202.53.168.75?

If so, it seems your server is being blocked from sending "spam".

The IP address of 202.53.168.75 blocked from sending to RoadRunner servers.  See
http://postmaster.rr.com/mail_blocks#directspam

hotmail is also rejecting mails from that server since it has too many addresses in
the RCPT commands of the SMTP protocol.  This is another indication of your system
sending out SPAM.

So, is your question....  What can I do to make my system send out SPAM in a better way?

Or, am I misreading what you think you are asking?
